Back in August I adopted an American Miniature from a reputable horse rescue. I was told upfront that she does not do well for the farrier. Boy is this true. I work with picking her feet up daily, picking them and just handling them in general. She has no problem with me and does it easily. When my farrier shows up it is a whole different ballgame.
